Municipal and industrial waste has undefined toxic potential. This potential is reduced in our closed loop process module to a minimum. In the same category are the sludges from water treatments. All biological residuals generate methane as a polluting source, we want to use this potential as a clean fuel. Our process has gasification system where all organic components are converted in to gas. The inorganic parts are eliminated as an inert material. The generated gas is cleand and can replace every fuel.
As feedstock,the technology can use all caloric materials like municipal solid waste, industrial waste or even hazardous waste. If desired, we can use pure biomass to produce a sustainable and renewable Biogas.
The treatment is the state of the art, with high efficiency and economic. We recover almost 90% of the energy content of the waste and transform it in a high-quality and much more usable syngas. Metals are recycled and can be sold as high-quality raw material to the metal industry. The produced slag is inert and verified and can be used as construction material.
